Mind-blowing modern apartment in a lively center with the best falafel right next door! Super helpful owners provided a welcome bottle of wine.

Stayed there for 3 nights, loved it. I was really close to the center and many attractions and Paris thanks to its excellent location.

Well, who needs a view when you have a window? And who needs air con when you can open the window and use a fan?

Cosy Marais was the perfect little hub for my Paris adventure. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city but still peaceful. I loved the quick and friendly communication with the owners, who even let me drop off my bags early. The apartment was compact but functional, with a well-stocked kitchen and everything I needed. I highly recommend Cosy Marais for a private and cozy stay in Paris.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the Marais! The best bars and restaurants were super close, including an amazing falafel place next door. The owner was incredibly communicative, sending us tons of info and jaw-dropping tips for our 3-day stay. The late check-out was a super nice touch. Also, the welcome gift of a bottle of wine was so thoughtful and really made us feel special. Would definitely come back, 10/10!

The apartment had a cozy bedroom, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I loved the satellite flat-screen TV in the apartment, it was great for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows. The kitchen with a fridge was a game-changer, allowing me to store snacks and drinks for whenever I wanted. The apartment had a lovely dining area where I could enjoy my meals comfortably. I really appreciated the tile/marble floor, it gave the apartment a modern and clean feel. Having a microwave in the kitchen was a convenient feature that made it easy to heat up leftovers or make a quick meal.

The living room was a bit small for my liking, but some people might find it cozy and intimate.

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy and comfortable place. The communication with the owner was excellent and we received fast and accurate responses. The modern design of the apartment looked really new and the neighborhood was lively, located in the heart of the city. Easy to reach with the underground, it was in the center of the Marais, surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful and even allowed us to have a late check-out. The special touch of the welcome gift, a bottle of wine, was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.

It was all superb.

The kitchen in the apartment was well-equipped and had a fridge. It was like having my own mini gourmet restaurant at my fingertips!

Minor issue: Some fixtures needed upgrading.

The location was absolutely incredible, right in the heart of the best area in the center of the city! The Saint Paul metro station was just a quick three-minute walk away. The apartment itself was adorable and perfect for two people, with a modern and fully renovated feel. Even though we didn't meet the owner in person, their support and assistance over the phone and email were exceptional. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, and it will be my top choice for my next visit to the city.
